Wild and Lye are always happy to help.

Our office hours are 8 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday. Our crews start at 8am and work through the day as necessary usually Until 5 pm

We require payment to be made in full on or before the removal date

Storage is charged weekly and invoiced every 4 weeks payment is due Within 7 days of invoice date and we ask that a standing order is set up 4 weekly

Ideally, we like to visit your property to see what the move entails (there is no charge for this service) but if this isn’t possible we can supply a Distance Quote Form by email for you to complete and return to us.

No our staff are all full time, fully trained in house or by Training Centres.

We can offer a full packing service or a china & glass or for you to pack Yourself but we can accommodate any needs and will discuss this with You.

All boxes and packing materials are supplied free of charge we do make a Note of packing boxes used and once unpacking is completed by yourself We will arrange to collect these from you as all materials are reused until they are eventually recycled.

Our warehouse is available for you to view at anytime during office hours by prior appointment.

Our containers are standard removal industry size approximately 7ft x 7ft x 6ft.

We offer containerised storage and these aren’t accessible but if there is An urgent requirement then we can offer this at a cost per container

We do have a number of Shipping Containers which are outside of our Warehouse where the customer is given a key and can have access to their container between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and weekends by arrangement.

We offer Regular Liability at an extra cost should your own household Policy not cover you for Transit Insurance.

We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from 3.5T through to 18T Pantechnican

Ideally we ask that the customer can make space for the removal Vehicle on the day of the move but if not local councils can be Contacted to arrange parking restrictions.
